At Massage Experts, all therapists are registered alternative therapists (RAB) or are about to become so, which is a requirement on the part of the insurance to have the treatment covered. It is always the client's own responsibility that the insurance has granted the massage treatment before the massage is to be performed. If the client does not have proof that the treatment has been granted, the client must pay the agreed amount himself.

The masseur works deep in the tissues and musculature. The massage is based on the anatomical structure of the body, which requires the masseur's knowledge about the origin, attachment, function, and condition of the muscles. Unlike a cosmetic massage (superficial massage), the musculature is worked through and any damage remedied.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage has become a natural part of the exercise routine for many. Many people experience muscle soreness and other injuries related to muscles when exercising. What do I do if I am granted massage treatment through my health insurance
Before your treatment, you should contact your insurance company or pension company where you have your health insurance through. If you are granted treatments, you will receive an email from the insurance, which you must bring to your massage treatment. We send the bill to the insurance so you avoid having the money out of pocket. It is important that you have an email or physical proof that you have been granted massage treatment from the insurance. It is always your responsibility to have the agreement and the letter with you from your insurance company. If the insurance does not cover, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Registered Alternative Therapist (RAB) is a scheme that helps you as a consumer navigate the alternative treatment market. In 2014, the Danish National Board of Health introduced certain minimum requirements for how many hours an alternative therapist should have in anatomy and physiology. Unfortunately, not all therapists meet these requirements. To work with us, we require our therapists to meet the requirements to become a registered alternative therapist (RAB). This ensures a high professional standard and always puts us one step ahead of our competitors.
