We greatly value your time and appreciate your help in creating the best possible experience for everyone. To offer flexible appointment times and competitive prices, we have a cancellation and no-show policy in place.

Cancellation and No-Show

Reminder Service

To assist you, we send both a confirmation email and an SMS reminder 24 hours before your treatment. Please note that these are courtesy services, and failure to receive them cannot be used as a reason for no-shows or late cancellations.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation by the day before: Please notify us of cancellations no later than the clinic’s closing time the day before your appointment to avoid charges.
Same-day cancellation: For cancellations on the day of the appointment, we charge 50% of the treatment price.
No-show: Full treatment price will be invoiced to the provided contact information in case of no-shows.

Clip card terms and conditions

For late cancellations, 50% of the treatment price will be charged via MobilePay or bank transfer to the provided contact details.
For no-shows, one clip will be deducted from your clip card.

How to change or cancel a booking

Via the Booking System

Follow these steps to cancel or change your booking online:

Go to our booking system: visits www.massageexperterne.onlinebooq.com
Click on “Customer Login”: you’ll find the button at the top right corner of the screen.
Log in with your email address: use the same email you used when making the booking.
Find your booking: choose to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.

By Email or Phone

You can also contact us directly if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
