We greatly appreciate your time and thank you for helping us create the best framework for everyone. In order to offer flexible processing times and competitive prices, we have a no-show and no-show policy.

Cancellation and No-Show
Reminder Service
As a help, we will send both a confirmation email and an SMS reminder 24 hours before your treatment. Please note that these are services and failure to receive cannot be used as a reason for no-show or late cancellation.
Conditions
- Cancellation no later than the day before: We ask you to cancel by the clinic's closing time the day before your appointment at the latest, in order to avoid charges.
- Cancellation of the day: In case of cancellation on the day itself, we charge 50% of the price of the treatment.
- No-show: In case of no-show, the full amount will be invoiced to the contact information provided.
Clipping card conditions
- In case of late cancellation, 50% of the price of the treatment will be charged via MobilePay or bank transfer to the contact information provided.
- In the event of a no-show, one clip will be pulled from your clip card.
How to change or cancel a booking
Via the Booking System
To cancel or change your booking online, follow these steps:
- Go to our booking system: visits www.massageexperterne.onlinebooq.com
- Tap on “Customer Login”: Locate the button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Log in with your email address: Please use the email you used when booking.
- Find your booking: Choose to cancel or change the time of your appointment.

- Send an email: Respond directly to the booking confirmation you have received or contact your processor directly. Click here to find your therapist.
