Questions? We have the answers
Here you will find answers to the most common questions about pregnancy massage and the pregnancy package.
Tension headaches often come from the muscles that attach to the edge of the skull and are felt in the back of the head. When the muscles that attach to the edge of the skull are tense, it can result in tension headaches. Sore and painful muscles in the shoulders and neck can also contribute to tension headaches if no action is taken to address the soreness in these areas.
The cause, as a rule, is muscle tension triggered by poor posture, stress, the cutting of teeth, lack of sleep or one-sided loads. When muscles become too tight, they pull in the tissue around the skull, triggering pain.
Many people notice improvement after the first treatment. For long-term problems, we recommend a short course of treatment.
For many, their tension headaches disappear or are significantly reduced. The result depends on the level of tension, stress and posture.
A masseur will primarily work intensively with the shoulders and neck muscles, but will also work on the musculature close to the neck, where the chewing muscles sit. The masseur will treat the musculature so that a good blood flow can be created to the musculature that attaches to the edge of the skull. When treating with physical massage, we will often use pressure because it is a very effective way to relieve your pain. All treatment takes place in communication with the client, so the hardness of the massage is adjusted just for you.
