Back pain

We help you with your back pain

What is back pain?
Why do you get back pain?
Back pain can come for many reasons. Below are listed the most frequent reasons.
INACTIVITY OVER A LONG PERIOD
POOR PHYSICAL FITNESS
HEAVY LIFTING, WHICH CAUSES PAIN IN THE LOWER BACK
UNILATERAL WORK E.G. COMPUTER WORK
PSYCHOLOGICAL STRAIN SUCH AS STRESS, DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY
The crucial thing to relieve or prevent back pain is to maintain good physical shape. If pain occurs, it is important to stay active and avoid being bedridden. To speed up the healing process, it is best to maintain one's daily routines as far as possible. In some cases, the pain can be so intense that bed rest is necessary. As soon as possible, however, you should get up and move, and stretch your back in careful extreme positions — but without exceeding the pain threshold. The back is extremely robust and designed for movement, so don't be afraid to use it.

Over 20 years of experience with back pain
Massage Experts have been working with back problems for over 20 years. We have had over 500 clients with back pain in our hands and treated with great efficiency. It is important when working with back pain that one understands why and how it comes. We always take the time to familiarize ourselves with our clients' problems and talk about how we approach you.
After receiving treatment, you will experience relief in your back and already after the first treatment some will experience a longer lasting pain relief. It should be borne in mind that in very rare cases, some may experience an exacerbation of back pain. The aggravation subsides within a few hours and the back pain disappears in most cases. It is also important to point out that some individuals may have such tense muscles that the reaction to pressure can be intense. In such cases, it is recommended to follow a course of treatment over several sessions in order to gradually relieve the tense muscles.

In-depth massage
Physiurgic massage is the most recognized form of massage and is known by most as ordinary massage. The Physiurgic massages is a treatment that goes deep into the muscles using pressure and stroking to effectively relieve aches and pains. It is a form of massage in which we actively work to get down the muscles and loosen up your back pain.
Trigger point massage
Trigger point massage is a more intensive form of massage, in which we use strokes and pressure to effectively work our muscles down to loosen up around the back.
